Music
The music department offers the chance to study music from year 7 to year 13. Students in years 7, 8 and 9 study music for one hour a week (Key stage 3).
Students can choose to study music in years 10 and 11 (Key stage 4). Students study the AQA syllabus and compose, perform and listen to music. Students attend and perform in concerts throughout the two years.
Students can also study music further by choosing AS and A2 music in years 12 and 13. Students perform in concerts throughout the course.
