The Clarendon College English Faculty offers courses at all ages in a students life. Below is a very brief overview of the courses offered. To find out more about each course and it's contents please select one of the links at the bottom of the page.
Building upon the achievements made at Key Stage 2 by following a course which provides a broad introduction to the Key Stage 3 National Curriculum. The students are taught in their Tutor Groups and will cover six main topics, one each half-term.
Key Stage FourStudents at The Clarendon College study one main syllabus for English and one for English Literature. At the end of Year 11 students will be entered for examination at one of two levels.
Key Stage Five
The Clarendon College offers English Literature at both AS and A2 Level. English Language can be studied at John of Gaunt School which is part of the Trowbridge Sixth Form Centre.
